Very similar to Email forwarder the feature domain forwarder comes with almost every web hosting services type and package, the difference between both is in email forwarding you can choose the emails which are from the same domain, but in domain forwarding, you can do the same for the emails which are from different domains. Following is an example of it.
In email Forwarding, you can forward the emails as abc@yourdomain.com toxyz@yourdomain.com.
But in Domain forwarding, you can forward the email as abc@yourdomain.com toxyz@anotherdomain.com.
