by Seema Shaikh updated on February 14, 2022 add a comment

We will be explaining to you how to set up an “Apache Handler” for your website in this article.

Follow the steps:

1. Log in to cPanel.

2. Locate the “Advanced” option and in that click on the “Apache Handler” sub-option.

3. Write the name of the “Handler” and the file “Extension(s)” you want the handler to process.

4. You can also use commas to separate several file extensions.

5. Click on the “Add” button.

6. You will get a success message as shown below.

7. Just below it, there are two options:

a. User Defined Apache Handlers: The file extensions introduced by users are stored in this type of handler.

b. System Apache Handlers: Some file extensions are handled entirely by the web server by the standard in this category.

That concludes our discussion. I hope it was of use to you. You can create an “Apache Handler” for your website this way. Our Host.co.in customer service team is available at all times, so please do not hesitate to contact them.
