Due to security reasons, shell (SSH) access has been disabled on our Shared and Reseller hosting servers. We do have some servers  which on request we can provide Jailed Shell access to clients who need Shell access on a shared web hosting plan. If you need your account to be setup on one of the Jailed SSH access enabled servers, you can add a comment in the comment box at the time of sign-up and accordingly we will create your account on that particular server.To have SSH access enabled for your existing account you can contact our support department. We will then transfer your account to one of the Jailed SSH access enabled servers.
